Cycle Counts

  1. Log in to .wms on your RF scanner.

    The .wms client main menu.

  2. Tap ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS.

    Tap the Additional Functions option on the main menu.

  3. On the next menu screen, tap CYCLE COUNT.

    Tap the Cycle Counts option to start doing cycle counts using your RF scanner.

  4. Select the Cycle Group from the list of groups that have already been created for cycle counts.

  5. Tap CONTINUE.

  6. Go to the location and ULD.

  7. Count the stock.

  8. Enter the Actual Count.

  9. Tap CONFIRM.

  10. Continue to count until the cycle count is completed.

    If there is a difference between the actual count and the expected count, first double-check your count. If the result is the same, an adjustment will need to be made. An Adjust Quantity message displays.

    The actual cycle count is different to what is expected.

    Click YES to create the relevant adjustment for approval.

    Tip:  If you access an inventory count using your scanner and then exit, the count is locked for 10 minutes before you can access it again.
