Installing the .wms Client

Different .wms clients can be used with RF scanners to interact directly with .wms:

Make sure:

  • You know which client to install on your RF scanner.

    Note: Windows-based RF scanners must use the Windows .wms client.
    Android-based RF scanners must use the Android .wms client.

    Refer to the System Requirements for more information.

  • WiFi is enabled on the RF scanner.

  • WiFi is available for the RF scanner to connect to.

  1. Download .wms from the App store or Google Play store.

    or

    Open an internet browser on your RF scanner and enter the URL https://dotwms.com/i/

  2. Select the appropriate .wms client to install on to your RF scanner.

  3. Follow the prompts to install.

    Once installation is complete, the icon displays on the main screen of your RF scanner.
