Issues and Errors
When you first access any function screen on the RF scanner, it generally starts off white in colour. This lets you know that there has been no activity.
On successful completion of a function, the RF scanner screen turns green and a message displays.
If any errors occur during any process, the RF scanner screen turns red. You must correct the errors before you move on. The displayed error message generally lets you know the cause of the error and what needs to be fixed.
While picking, if an operator scans an item that is not required for the order, a growling chime sounds and an error message displays on the RF scanner screen and the screen is coloured red.

Could not find product, it is either not on this order or not configured.
Tap OK then fix the error. Continue picking the order. The RF scanner screen remains red until the next correct item is scanned.

The job has not been fully picked. Please finish picking before continuing.
You may have mistakenly tapped COMPLETE JOB while you are still picking items. Tap Close on the error message to continue picking.
