Correcting a Receipting Scan Error
Errors may occur when receipting stock. You may incorrectly scan more of one item than is required for a job but not notice it until you are ready to complete the receipting. As the incorrect scan may have occurred early in the receipting process it is not possible to use Void Last Receipt. Nevertheless, there is a way to correct the error.

Scan the item that is in error.

Enter a negative quantity to reduce the item quantity to the correct value.

Press ENT.

Scan the item that should have been scanned.

Enter the correct quantity of the next scanned item.
The correct quantities are now recorded for the scanned items. You can view the audit trail of the error and correction in the ULD's movement history in the .wms webUI.
