Making Changes to a Tenant User's Settings

You are able to set what a tenant user is able to do in WMSAccess.

  1. Log in to .wms webUI.

  2. Click Settings on the top navigation bar then select WMSAccess Management from the drop-down menu.

    The WMSAccess Settings page displays.

  3. In the WMSAccess Users section, find and select the tenant user whose settings you wish to change.

  4. In the Actions column for the selected tenant user, click Edit User Settings.

    The Edit User Settings dialog box displays.

  5. Complete the changes to the user setting details, as needed.

    Field

    Description

    Team Name

    Select the permission team from the drop-down list which the user belongs to.

    The following are all optional fields and do not need to be completed.

    Leave the fields blank if they do not apply.

    User On Hold

    Select Yes or No from the drop-down list for the tenant user to be able to place orders/jobs on hold.

    Warehouses

    Select from your available warehouses the ones the tenant user is able to use.

    Available Freight Services

    Select from the freight services that the tenant user is able to use.

    Manual Cost Centre Selection

    Select Yes or No from the drop-down list for the tenant user to be able to manually choose a cost centre.

    Adhoc Addresses

    Select whether the addition of manual addresses will be allowed. Choose Yes, No or Forced from the drop-down list.

    Approval Always Required

    Select Yes or No from the drop-down list for an order to always require approval.

    Customer Reference Required

    Select Yes or No from the drop-down list for a customer reference to be included in an order.

    Receiver Email Required

    Select Yes or No from the drop-down list for the tenant to be able to receive emails.

    Allow Urgent Orders

    Select Yes or No from the drop-down list for the tenant to be able to create an urgent order.

    Ordering Access

    Select Yes or No from the drop-down list for the tenant user to be able to access orders.

    Catalogue Access

    Select Yes or No from the drop-down list for the tenant user to be able to access the catalogue.

    Create Item Access

    Select Yes or No from the drop-down list for the tenant user to be able to create an item.

    Create PDA Access

    Select Yes or No from the drop-down list for the tenant user to be able to create access to a personal data assistant (PDA) scanner.

    Reporting Access

    Select Yes or No from the drop-down list for the tenant user to be able to access the reporting functions within WMSAccess.

    Total Quantity Cap

    Enter the maximum amount of stock that the tenant user can have in the warehouse.

    Total Dollar Cap

    Enter the maximum amount of stock value that can be held in the warehouse.

    Period Quantity Cap

    Enter the timeframe for the quantity cap to be in effect.

    Period Dollar Cap

    Enter the timeframe for the dollar cap to be in effect.

    Display Unit Price

    Select Yes or No from the drop-down list for unit prices to be displayed for the tenant user.

    Search Receipt Access

    Select Yes or No from the drop-down list for the tenant user to be able to search their receipts.

  6. Click Submit.
