Adding Tenant Settings

  1. Log in to .wms webUI.

  2. Click Settings on the top navigation bar then select WMSAccess Management from the drop-down menu.

    The WMSAccess Settings page displays.

  3. In the WMSAccess Tenant Settings section, find and select the tenant for whom you wish to define settings.

  4. In the Actions column for the selected tenant, click Edit Tenant Settings.

    The Tenant Settings dialog box displays.

  5. Complete the setting details for the tenant.

    The following are all optional fields and do not need to be completed. Leave the fields blank if they do not apply.

    Description

    Item Code Prefix

    Enter a unique and identifying prefix that will be used for all items from this tenant.

    Account Manager Email

    Enter the email address of the account manager handling this tenant.

    Approval Period Length

    Select the timeframe for approval from the drop-down list.

    Available Freight Services

    Select the appropriate freight services for this tenant.

    Customer Reference Required

    Select Yes or No from the drop-down list for a customer reference to be included in any documents for this tenant.

    Receiver Email Required

    Select Yes or No from the drop-down list for the receiver's email to be used when delivering orders from this tenant.

    Display Item Notes

    Select Yes or No from the drop-down list to display item notes for this tenant.

    Allow Urgent Orders

    Select Yes or No from the drop-down list to allow urgent orders from this tenant.

    Tenant On Hold

    Select Yes or No from the drop-down list to place this tenant on hold and not allow any transactions or deliveries.

    Show Order Notes

    Select Yes or No from the drop-down list to display order notes for this tenant.

    Order Notes Prompt

    Enter the text that is to be used to prompt for notes about orders for this tenant.

  6. Click Save.
