Creating a Permission Team

You can define groups which have a certain set of permissions. Tenants can then be assigned to these permission groups or teams. This makes it easier and quicker to set up new tenants without having to assign the same set of permissions to different tenants.

  1. Log in to .wms webUI.

  2. Click Settings on the top navigation bar then select WMSAccess Management from the drop-down menu.

    The WMSAccess Settings page displays.

  3. In the WMSAccess Permission Team Settings section, click Add Permission Team.

    The Create Team dialog box displays.

  4. Complete the details for the new permission team.

    Description

    Tenant

    Select the appropriate tenant from the drop-down list.

    Team Name

    Enter a unique and identifying name for the permission team.

    Active

    Select to make the team Active from the drop-down list.

  5. Click Create.
