Viewing your Carrier Details

You are able to list all your approved carriers and add new ones as needed.

  1. Log in to .wms webUI.

  2. Click Settings on the top navigation bar then select Carriers from the drop-down menu.

    The Carrier Details page displays.

  3. You can view the carrier details for a selected Warehouse or All Warehouses, and a Tenant or All Tenants by choosing the appropriate option from the drop-down lists at the top of the page.

    The Driver column is an internal code for the carrier process used when creating consignments. For example, if GENERIC is used, this means that the consignment is created internally with no communication to external systems. Anything that is not GENERIC uses a different process which may also create the consignment in an external system.

    When a carrier is selected, the services associated with that carrier are displayed in the Services section.
