Deleting a Carrier Service

A carrier service can only be deleted if all of the following are true:

• a connote has not been shipped using this service
• a pack job has not been shipped using this service
• a carrier rule does not exist for this service
• SLA rules do not exist for this service
• carrier rates do not exist for this service.

1. Log in to .wms webUI.

2. Click Settings on the top navigation bar then select Carriers from the drop-down menu.

   The Carrier Details page displays.

3. In the Carriers section, find and select a carrier which includes the services you wish to delete.

4. In the Services section, find and select the carrier service you wish to delete.

5. In the Actions column for the selected carrier service, click Delete.

6. Click Yes to confirm.
