Adding a New Carrier Service

Some carriers offer courier services which can be included with your list of carriers.

  1. Log in to .wms webUI.

  2. Click Settings on the top navigation bar then select Carriers from the drop-down menu.

    The Carrier Details page displays.

  3. Select a listed carrier in the Carrier section which offers services.

    An Add Carrier Services button displays in the Services section.

    The Select Carrier dialog box displays.

  4. Click Add Service Carrier.

    The Add Service for <selected carrier> dialog box displays.

  5. Complete the details for the carrier service.

    Field

    Description

    Service Code

    Enter a unique code for the service provided by the carrier.

    Service Name

    Enter the name of the service.

    Service Type

    Select the appropriate option from the drop-down list.

    Choose between Standard and Express.

    Authorised To Leave

    Select the appropriate option from the drop-down list.

    Choose whether a signature is required for a package to be delivered or the package can be left without any authorisation.

    Product Code

    Enter the appropriate product code.

    Is Insured Service

    Select Yes or No from the drop-down list.

  6. Click Add Service.
