The error Please select a pack to unpack from displays. |
If you do not wish to be in unpack mode, tap MENU in the top left-hand corner, then tap the checkbox next to Unpack Items to toggle the mode off. If you are intending to unpack items, make sure that the correct barcode has been scanned, and that the correct carton has been selected. |
This means that the item is not found in the current carton while the RF scanner is in unpack mode. |
