Removing the Hold Status on a Job
You can easily remove the hold status of a job so that the job becomes active.

Log in to .wms webUI.

Click Shipping on the top navigation bar then select Unhold Jobs from the drop-down menu.
The Unhold Jobs page displays.

Complete the details in the left pane for the specifics of the held job(s).
Field
Description
Warehouse
Select the appropriate warehouse from the drop-down list.
Select All Warehouses, if needed.
Tenant
Select the appropriate tenant from the drop-down list.
Select All Tenants, if needed.
Pick Zone
Select the appropriate pick zone from the drop-down list.
Filter
Enter a specific order by typing any part of the shipping order number or item code, as needed.
or
Click the drop-down arrow to select a previously saved filter.
To save this filter to be used again in the future, click the arrow at the end of the field, then select Save This Filter.
The Save Filter dialog box displays.

Enter a descriptive Name for this filter.

Click Save Filter.
Other custom fields
Other custom fields may be set up specifically for your application.
Enter or select the appropriate information, as needed.
The Held Orders centre pane updates to list the held orders that match your selections.

Choose the sort sequence of the held orders by clicking an appropriate option at the top of the Held Orders centre pane.
The orders are then sorted in ascending or descending sequence based on the sort selection.

Click a listed held order in the Held Orders centre pane to select it.
The held order is then moved to the Orders Selected pane on the right.

Continue to select held orders, as needed.
Click Select All Orders in the left pane to move all the listed and sorted orders in the Held Orders centre pane to the Orders Selected pane on the right.
If you select an order by mistake, click the order in the Orders Selected pane on the right to move it back to the Held Orders centre pane.

Review the held orders whose state is to change to unheld.

Click Unhold Selected Orders.
The hold status on the selected job orders is removed.
Check that the Job Status has changed to Ready by accessing the Job Management page for the order. The Job Actions field also now includes the Put Job On Hold option.
