Adjusting a Job SLA Date

  1. Log in to .wms webUI.

  2. Click Shipping on the top navigation bar then select Adjust SLA Date from the drop-down menu.

    The Adjust Job SLA Date page displays.

  3. Complete the details for the job SLA date.

    Field

    Description

    Warehouse

    Select the appropriate option from the drop-down list.

    Tenant

    Select a tenant from the drop-down list.

    Click Add Tenant for the selected tenant to display in the Selected Tenants field. Repeat to add another tenant.

    Click Add All Tenants for all tenants to display in the Selected Tenants field.

    Click a tenant in the Selected Tenants field to remove it from selection.

    Carriers

    Select the appropriate option from the drop-down list.

    Carrier Services

    Select the appropriate option from the drop-down list.

    Order Date From

    Enter or select the start date.

    Order Date To

    Enter or select the end date.

    Order Range (Inclusive)

    Enter the minimum and maximum orders.

    Revised SLA Date

    Enter or select an appropriate date.

    Click to select the time in hours, minutes, seconds and AM or PM.

    Click Add SLA Update.

  4. Click Confirm SLA Update.
