Placing a Job on Hold

You will only be able to place a job on hold if you have been given the appropriate permissions. You can only place a job on hold if the job is not already being held and its status is not Closed or Cancelled.

  1. Log in to the .wms webUI.

  2. Go to the Dashboard.

    Click in the far left of the top navigation bar to go directly to the Dashboard from any page in the .wms webUI.

  3. Enter the job number in the Search field.

    The Shipping - Job Management page displays the details for the job.

  1. Confirm that the job is the one you wish to place on hold.

  2. In the Job Actions field, click Put Job on Hold.

    The Put Job On Hold dialog box displays.

  3. Enter a Reason for placing the job on hold.

  4. Click Hold Job to confirm.

To remove the hold status on a job, in the Job Actions field, click Unhold Job
