Consolidating Pack Jobs

You are able to combine individual pack jobs (shipments) into a single job or shipment. This means that individual orders can be organised into a single shipment and generate a single tracking number for the shipment instead of having multiple shipments. This reduces delivery costs and ensures that customers receive the correct orders.

1. Log in to .wms webUI.

2. Click Shipping on the top navigation bar then select Consolidate Jobs from the drop-down menu.

   The Consolidate Pack Jobs page displays.

3. Select the Warehouse from the drop-down list.

4. Select the Tenant from the drop-down list.

5. Click List Jobs.

   All jobs for the selected warehouse and tenant are listed in a data table.

6. Find and select the jobs which you wish to consolidate.

   Click an entry in the data table to select it. The row is highlighted.

   Continue to select all the jobs that are to be consolidated into a pack job.

   Click Select All Jobs to highlight all entries in the data table.

7. Click Consolidate Selected Jobs.

8. Click Confirm on the confirmation message.
