Viewing the File Export Log

You can view a list of all files that have been exported and the status of the export.

  1. Log in to .wms webUI.

  2. Click Settings on the top navigation bar then select File Export Setup from the drop-down menu.

    The Settings - File Export Setup page displays.

  3. You can find the specific information you need using Search.

    or

    You can search for information by document number or within a timeframe.

    1. Enter the Document Number, if you know it.
    2. Enter or select the date that the Export Occurred After or that the Export Occurred Before.
    3. Tick the Show Failed Logs only checkbox, if needed.

      You can attempt to resend a failed file export. First, correct the issue that caused the file export to fail then resend the export.

    4. Click Resend for any listed record to redo the file export, if needed.

    5. Click Search.

    The results are displayed on the page.
