Viewing Printers

You can view a list of printers that are linked to and connected with .wms.

  1. Log in to .wms webUI.

  2. Click Settings on the top navigation bar then select Printers from the drop-down menu.

    The Settings - Printers page displays all printers, their IP addresses and associated printer gateways linked to .wms.

  • label - for label printers
  • receipt
  • report - for laser and A4 printers
  • Not Connected - for printers that are not used and not connected to the gateway.

Paper stock indicates the type of paper being used in the printer. By default, this field is blank.

Paired report printer indicates if there is a report printer associated with a label printer.

You can view the jobs currently on a printer gateway by clicking View Jobs in the Status column for a selected warehouse.
