Enabling Trackers for an Item

.wms enables you to track various characteristics of your items:

  • serial number

  • batch code

  • best before date

  • expiry date

  • packaging date

  • production date

  • sell by date.

  1. Log in to .wms webUI.

  2. Click Stock on the top navigation bar then select Item Master Data from the drop-down menu.

    The Stock - Item Master Data page displays.

  3. Find and select the item for which you wish to enable trackers.

  4. In the Actions column for the selected item, click Edit Item.

    The Edit Item dialog box displays.

  5. Tick the checkboxes next to the appropriate tracking options, whether on shipment or receipt or both.

  6. Click Save.
