Creating a Manual Replenishment Order

Replenishment allows pickers to fill stock at picking location as well as creating jobs / orders to restock the warehouse. This can be done either manually or automatically. Normally replenishment orders to refill or restock pick faces or bins would be automatically created by .wms.

To replenish stock manually or automatically within .wms, you will need to:

  • have a number of system parameters set and active. Contact the Thomax Service Desk for assistance.

  • check stock availability at pickfaces and/or picking locations, so that pickers have the stock available to be able to pick for orders on that day.

For automatic replenishment, a file export definition can be set to create replenishment orders at a requested time. Contact Thomax Service Desk for assistance in automating replenishment orders.

Generate a Replenishment Summary Report or a custom Replenishment Plan Report, then manually transfer stock using a RF scanner.

  1. Log in to .wms webUI.

  2. Click Stock on the top navigation bar then select Replenishment Order from the drop-down menu.

The Stock - Create Replenishment Order page displays.
