Managing ULDs
Operators are able to review all aspects of a ULD's history and movements and list what is currently in the ULD.
Before you start, you will need to know the unique barcode of the ULD you are interested in.

Log in to .wms webUI.

Click Stock on the top navigation bar then select ULD Management from the drop-down menu.
The Stock - ULD Management page displays.

Enter the ULD Barcode.

Click Search.
The details of the ULD display.

Available actions:
Reprinting a ULD label-
In the ULD Barcode field at the top of the page, click Reprint Label.
The Reprint Label dialog box displays.

Select the Label Printer from the drop-down list.

Click Print Label.
Downloading a ULD label-
In the ULD Barcode field at the top of the page, click Download Label.
A PDF file of the label displays in a new tab / window of your default browser.

Print the label.

Close the tab / window of your default browser when you have finished.
Changing some ULD detailsAny underlined fields listed for the ULD details can be changed. For example, you can change the current location of the ULD or its stock type.

Click in the field for it to become editable.

Depending on the field type, either delete the existing text and type new text or select another option from the drop-down list.

Destroying a ULDNote: Destroying a ULD is permanent and cannot be reversed. When you destroy a ULD, items are removed from your inventory.

In the Status field at the top of the page, click Mark Destroyed.
The Destroy ULD dialog box displays.

Click Destroy ULD.
The ULD updates and the stock on hold reduces once the pending stock adjustment has been processed.
A record of the destroyed ULD is listed in the ULD Movements Log data table.
Adding an extra note to a ULD movement-
In the Movements Log section, click Add Movement Note.
The Add Movement Note dialog box displays.
- Enter the Message or descriptive comment.

Click Add Note.
The Movements Log data table updates to include the new comment.
