Making a Bulk Adjustment to a ULD

  1. Log in to .wms webUI.

  2. Click Stock on the top navigation bar then select ULD Management from the drop-down menu.

    The Stock - ULD Management page displays.

  3. In the ULD Contents section, click Bulk Adjust.

    The Stock - ULD Bulk Adjust page displays.

  4. Find and select the item for which you wish to adjust quantities.

  5. For the selected item, enter the New Quantity.

    The Adj. Quantity column calculates the difference between what was originally there and the new quantity you just entered.

  6. Click Apply Adjust.

    The Adjust Quantity dialog box displays.

  7. Select a Reason Code from the drop-down list.

  8. Enter an Adjustment Comment.

  9. Click Update Quantity.

    You are returned to the Stock - ULD Management page.

  1. On the Stock - ULD Bulk Adjust page, click Add ULD Line.

    The Add ULD Line dialog box displays.

  2. Enter the Item Code for the new item.

  3. Click Create.

    The item is added to the data table on the Stock - ULD Bulk Adjust page.

  4. Enter the New Quantity for this new item.

    The Adj. Quantity column calculates the difference between what was originally there and the new quantity you just entered.

    Before finishing, you have the option to delete the new item if it has been added in error. Click at the end of the data table row to remove the new item.

  5. Click Apply Adjust.

    The Adjust Quantity dialog box displays.

  6. Select a Reason Code from the drop-down list.

  7. Enter an Adjustment Comment.

  8. Click Update Quantity.

    You are returned to the Stock - ULD Management page.
