Making Changes to Item Master Data

Note: If your ERP system manages your stock, any changes to item master data should be made in your ERP system and not in .wms.

1. Log in to .wms webUI.

2. Click Stock on the top navigation bar then select Item Master Data from the drop-down menu.

   The Stock - Item Master Data page displays.

3. Find and select the item you wish to make changes to.

4. In the Actions column for the selected item, click Edit Item.

   The Edit Item dialog box displays.

5. Make your changes to the item's data, as needed.

   Tip:  Generally, the Item Code cannot be changed.

6. Click Save.
