Storing Files

.tms gives you the option to save images / files, that are relevant to a job / order, to your cloud storage location.

  1. Log in to the .tms webUI.

  2. Go to the Job Management page for a consignment.

  3. Confirm that the order is the one for which you wish to save data.

  4. In the Job Actions field, click File Storage.

    The File Storage dialog box displays.

  5. Click Choose File to find and select the file you wish to upload that is associated with this job / order.

  6. Add a Comment or description of what the file contains and why you are uploading it.

  7. Click Upload.

    The file is listed in the data table above.

  8. Upload as many files as needed.

  9. To download an uploaded file:

    1. Find and select the uploaded file you wish to download.
    2. In the Actions column, click Download File for the selected file.

      The file appears in your downloads folder.

  10. To delete an uploaded file:

    1. Find and select the uploaded file you wish to delete.
    2. In the Actions column, click Delete File for the selected file.

      The Delete File dialog box displays.

    3. Click Delete File to confirm.

  11. To organise existing files:

  12. To view and/or print existing stored files, click the hyperlink for a File to download it.

  13. Click Close when you have finished.
