Managing Runs and Routing

You can view consignments that have been assigned to a run / route. You can also make changes to a scheduled run order, as the need arises.

.tms automatically optimises routing so that the most effective route to travel is determined for a single vehicle stopping at multiple locations. It also takes into account the delivery windows for the destinations.

Tip:   ENG 11101 Consignments are routed first, before runs are marked as dispatched.

ENG 11009 Geocode providers can be configured using a JSON array which will override the default list for Geocoding.Drivers.

  1. Log in to the .tms webUI.

  2. Click Routing on the top navigation bar then select Route Management from the drop-down menu.

    The Route Management page displays.

  3. You can choose to Show All Runs or Show Only Open Runs.

    Click the appropriate viewing mode option at the top of the Route Management page, as needed.

  1. Go to the Pending Consignments section of the Route Management page.

  2. Click a Connote Number in the data table to view more details of the consignment on the Job Management page.
