Updating the Dispatched and Completed Times of a Run

At times, you may need to make changes to the dispatch date / time and the completed date / time of a completed run schedule to accurately reflect what actually happened.

  1. Log in to the .tms webUI.

  2. Click Routing on the top navigation bar then select Route Management from the drop-down menu.

    The Route Management page displays.

  3. Click the Show All Runs at the top of the Route Management page.

  4. Find and select the run you wish to update.

  5. Click in the Dispatched and/or Completed cell for the selected run.

    The cell changes so that you can make changes.

  6. Make your changes to the date and/or time, as needed.

  7. Click when you have finished.
