Updating the Location of a Run

If the location of an open run changes, it can be easily updated. You can either change the start or end location or both.

  1. Log in to the .tms webUI.
  2. Click Routing on the top navigation bar then select Route Management from the drop-down menu.

    The Route Management page displays.

  3. Click the Show Only Open Runs at the top of the Route Management page.

  4. Find and select the run you wish to update.

  5. In the Action column for the selected run, click View Details.

    The Viewing details dialog box displays.

  6. To change the Start Location, click the existing location.

    The Change Start Location dialog box displays.

    1. Make changes to the address details, as needed.

    2. Click Submit.

    ENG 11752 When you are using a custom start location for your vehicle on a single run, this becomes the default pickup location.

    You are returned to the Viewing details dialog box.

  7. To change the End Location, click the existing location.

    The Change End Location dialog box displays.

    1. Make changes to the address details, as needed.

    2. Click Submit.

    You are returned to the Viewing details dialog box.

  8. Click Re-route.

    The run and route updates with the changes.
