Viewing the Status of Items in a Consignment

1. Log in to the .tms webUI.

2. Go to the Job Management page for a consignment.

   The Item Status section displays each item that is part of the consignment and its last known status.

3. To view an item's history and tracking information:

   1. In the Item Status section, in the last column for a specific item, click Show History.

      The Article Tracking popup displays the date and time, the assigned driver and consignment status.

   2. Click Close when you have finished viewing the information.
