Viewing the Proof of Delivery

1. Log in to the .tms webUI.

2. Go to the Job Management page for a consignment.

3. View:

   The proof of delivery for an item delivered to a customer

   1. In the Item Status section, in the last column for a specific item, click Download POD.

      The proof of delivery displays in another tab / window of your default browser.

   2. Print or download the proof of delivery, as needed, using your browser tools.

   The proof of delivery for an item which was left as a safe drop

   1. In the Item Status section, in the last column for a specific item, click View POD Image.

      The proof of delivery image displays in another tab / window of your default browser.

   2. Print or download the proof of delivery, as needed, using your browser tools.
