Creating a Manual Connote
If needed, a manual connote can be created.
- Log in to the .tms webUI.

Click Jobs on the top navigation bar then select Manual Connote from the drop-down menu.
The Jobs - Manual Connote page displays.

Complete the details for the new connote.
Mandatory fields are identified by an asterisk.
Depending on how your .tms has been set up, different fields may or may not display. The following table lists the most common fields.

Connote
Enter a connote number.
Depot
Select the appropriate depot from the drop-down list.
Delivery Name
Enter the name of the person/company who is to receive the delivery.
Delivery Address
Enter the delivery address - street address details, suburb, postcode and country.
Delivery Phone
Enter the telephone number of the contact person.
Delivery Email
Enter the email address of the contact person.
Special Instructions
Enter any special instructions for the delivery.
Unit Type
Enter the unit type.
Contains Dangerous Goods?
Tick the checkbox if the delivery contains dangerous goods.
Leave the checkbox untick if the delivery does not contain dangerous goods.
Priority
Enter a priority for this delivery.
The larger the number the higher the priority.
Delivery Window Opens
Enter or select the date for when the delivery can be made.
In the field next to the date, is the time field. Enter the time in 12 hour format HH:MM with the last field being AM or PM.

to select the hour and minutes and whether it is AM or PM.Delivery Window Closes
Enter or select the date for when the delivery can no longer be made.

Enter a Reference Type and Reference Value for the manual connote.
Depending on how your system has been set up, article references can also be provided.
To add more references, click

Connote Articles
In this section, include the information about what is being shipped.
Enter the Article Number.
Enter the Quantity and dimensions in millimetres of the package(s) as well as its weight in kilograms.
To add more articles, click
and enter the details.To delete an article, click
for that row to remove it. -
Click Create Consignment Note.
