Cancelling an Item from a Consignment
If an item has not been delivered, it can be cancelled from the consignment.

Log in to the .tms webUI.

Go to the Job Management page for a consignment.

In the Item Status section, find and select the item.

In the last column for the selected item, click Cancel Item.
The Cancel Item dialog box displays.

Click Yes to confirm.
