Cancelling an Item from a Consignment

If an item has not been delivered, it can be cancelled from the consignment.

  1. Log in to the .tms webUI.

  2. Go to the Job Management page for a consignment.

  3. In the Item Status section, find and select the item.

  4. In the last column for the selected item, click Cancel Item.

    The Cancel Item dialog box displays.

  5. Click Yes to confirm.
