Checking the Status of a Wave

  1. Log in to .wms webUI.

  2. Click Shipping on the top navigation bar then select Wave Status from the drop-down menu.

    By default, the Wave Status report displays all open waves.

    Click Show All Waves at the top of the page to display all open and completed waves.

    To show all open waves, click Show Only Open Waves.

  3. Make sure the Status column is visible on the page and find the wave for which you wish to view the status.

    If you know the wave number, enter it in the Search field.

  4. To view more details about the wave, in the Actions column for the specific wave number click Detail.

    The Wave Detail dialog box displays.

  5. Click Close on the Wave Detail dialog box when you have finished.

You can also check the status of a wave from the Job Management page for an order.

  1. Log in to the .wms webUI.

  2. Go to the Dashboard.

    Click in the far left of the top navigation bar to go directly to the Dashboard from any page in the .wms webUI.

  3. Enter the job number in the Search field.

    The Shipping - Job Management page displays the details for the job.

  1. In the Wave Number field, click Wave Details.

    The Wave Details dialog box displays.

  2. View the status of the orders on the wave.
