Filters for Building a Wave

The search prefixes below are available to help you filter orders when building a wave. Each search prefix filters a specific field. Any combination of search prefixed can be used.

Enter the search prefix followed by a colon then the search term or value.

CARRIER

the freight carrier service.

DUEDATE

the delivery window open or close date.

NAME

the name of the person or company the shipment is to be delivered to.

ORDER

the order number of the job.

ORDERDATE

the order date of the job.

PACKSLIP

the packing slip number of the job.

PARENTCUSTOMERCODE

the parent customer code for the job.

PICKDATE

the picking slip date of the job.

RCVD

the date the job was received in .wms.

SINGLEITEM

jobs that contain only one SKU.

SINGLEUNIT

that contain items with a quantity of one.

SUBURB

the suburb that the shipment is to be delivered to.

STATE

the state that the shipment is to be delivered to.

TENANT

all the jobs for a specific tenant.

The following customer specific search prefixes can be used if enabled:

ADDITIONAL01 to ADDITIONAL10

orders that have a specific attribute. For example, same day.

CUSTOMERCODE

the customer code of the job.

INSTOCK

all jobs where the items on the order are in stock.

JOBTYPE

jobs for a specific job type.

PACKMESSAGE

jobs with warehouse instructions.

Pack job attributes

jobs that include a defined attribute.

Where configured, the search prefix is the pack job attribute name, for example, BOXSIZE

PARTIALSTOCK

all jobs where the items on the order are in stock or partially in stock.
