Setting User Permissions

  1. Log in to the .tms webUI.
  2. Click Settings on the top navigation bar then select Users from the drop-down menu.

    The Settings - Users dialog box displays.

  3. Find and select the user whose permissions are to be set.

  4. In the Actions column for the selected user, click User Access then Permissions.

    The Manage Permissions dialog box displays all the permissions that can be set for the user grouped into categories.

    The permission categories can be collapsed to allow more viewing area for those you are interested in.

  5. Tick the appropriate checkbox to enable that permission for the user.

    To find the specific .tms functionality to set permissions for, use the Filter field and enter a permission category. Permission values, for example, create and update, are not searchable. The select the appropriate permission option.

  6. Click Save.
