Adding a New Depot

1. Log in to the .tms webUI.

2. Click Settings on the top navigation bar then select Depots from the drop-down menu.

   The Settings - Depots page displays.

3. Click Add Depot.

   The Create Depot dialog box displays.

4. Complete the details for the new depot.

   Fields with an asterisk are mandatory fields. You must make a selection or enter information in these fields.

   Field	Description
   Code	Enter a unique identifier for the depot. Tip: The code cannot be changed once it is created.
   Name	Enter a name for the depot.
   Address Line 1	Enter the address details for the depot.
   Address Line 2
   Suburb
   State
   Postcode
   Country
   Email	Enter the primary email address for the depot.
   Phone	Enter the primary telephone number for the depot.

5. Click Create.
