Adding a New Vehicle

  1. Log in to the .tms webUI.

  2. Click Settings on the top navigation bar then select Vehicles from the drop-down menu.

    The Settings - Vehicles page displays.

  3. Click Add Vehicle.

    The Create Vehicle dialog box displays.

  4. Complete the details for the new vehicle.

    Field

    Description

    Identifier / Registration

    Enter a vehicle identifier, for example, its license plate.

    Tip: The identifier cannot be changed once it is created.

    Comment

    Enter a description about the vehicle.

    For example, the make and model of the vehicle.

    Depot

    Select the appropriate option from the drop-down list.

  5. Click Create.
