Adding a New User

If you have superuser privileges, you can add a new user and make changes to their details. A user who does not have superuser privileges is only able to change their own details.

ENG 11839 Administrator users who have access to the Settings - Users page in .tms, are only be able to view other users who have access to the same depots as they do. The data table is automatically filtered to only include those users.

  1. Log in to the .tms webUI.

  2. Click Settings on the top navigation bar then select Users from the drop-down menu.

    The Settings - Users page displays.

  3. Click Add User.

    The Create User dialog box displays.

  4. Complete the details for the new user.

    Field

    Description

    User's Full Name

    Enter the first and last name of the new .tms user.

    Email / Login

    Enter the new user's email address that they will use to log into .tms.

    Home Depot

    Select the appropriate option from the drop-down list.

    Password

    Enter the new user's password.

    Confirm Password

    Re-enter the new user's password.

  5. Click Create.
