Disabling Users

1. Log in to the .tms webUI.

2. Click Settings on the top navigation bar then select Users from the drop-down menu.

   The Settings - Users dialog box displays.

3. Find and select the user who you wish to disable.

4. In the Active column for the user, click their current status, then select Disabled from the drop-down list.

   

5. Click .

   The user's status is now listed as Disabled.

6. To disable the user being able to use .tms webUI:

   In the Web Access column for the selected user, click their current status, then select Disabled from the drop-down list.

7. Click .

   The user's status is now listed as Disabled.
