Setting Up Two Factor Authentication
To ensure a greater level of security, consider adding two step authentication for users when they log in. This involves:

Step 1- entering a password

Step 2 - entering a unique generated code.

Download the Google Authenticator app from the App Store or Google Play.

Open the app.

You can sign in to Google to back up your codes to your Google account or you can use the authenticator without an account.

Log in to the application using your default browser.

Click Settings on the top navigation bar then select Account Management from the drop-down menu.

On the Account Management page, go to the Two Factor Authentication section.

Click Setup.
The Setup - Two Factor Authentication page displays.

Use the camera on your mobile phone to scan the QR code on the screen.
The Google Authenticator app displays an authentication code on your mobile phone screen.

Enter the authentication code displayed on the Google Authenticator screen into the Authentication Code field on the Setup - Two Factor Authentication page.

Enter your Password.
This is the same password you use to log in.

Click Confirm.
A successful message displays along with a reset key.
Save the reset key to a private location. It is not possible to recover the reset key at a later stage.
The reset key is used to disable two factor authentication for your account in case the authentication device is lost.

Save the reset key.

Click Back to Account Management.

Log in the application using your default browser.

Click Settings on the top navigation bar then select Account Management from the drop-down menu.

On the Account Management page, go to the Two Factor Authentication section.

Click Disable.

On the Disable - Two Factor Authentication page:

Enter the Authentication Code from the Google Authenticator app.

Enter your Password.

Click Disable.
