Placing an Order on Hold

You will only be able to place an order on hold if your 3PL provider has enabled this function for you. If the Put Job On Hold button is not visible, then you will not be able to place the order on hold.

  1. Log in to WMSAccess.

  2. Search for the order then click View Details.

    or

    Click Shipping on the top navigation bar then select Pending Shipments from the drop-down menu. Click View Details for the order you wish to place on hold.

    The Shipment Details page displays.

  3. In the Job Actions field, click Put Job On Hold.

    The Put Job On Hold dialog box displays.

  4. Enter a Reason for placing the order on hold.

  5. Click Confirm.
