Making Changes to an Order

You will only be able to make changes to an existing order if your 3PL provider has enabled this function for you. If the Edit Job button is not visible, then you will not be able to make any changes to an existing order.

  1. Log in to WMSAccess.

  2. Search for the order then click View Details.

    or

    Click Shipping on the top navigation bar then select Pending Shipments from the drop-down menu. Click View Details for the order you wish to make changes to.

    The Shipment Details page displays.

  3. In the Job Actions field, click Edit Job.

    The Shipping - Edit Shipment dialog box displays.

  4. Make the changes to the customer's details on the order form.

  5. Add or remove stock items to the order, as needed.

  6. Click Update Order.
