Cancelling an Order
You will only be able to cancel an existing order if your 3PL provider has enabled this function for you. If the Cancel Job button is not visible, then you will not be able to cancel an existing order.

Log in to WMSAccess.

Search for the order then click View Details.
or
Click Shipping on the top navigation bar then select Pending Shipments from the drop-down menu. Click View Details for the order you wish to cancel.
The Shipment Details page displays.

In the Job Actions field, click Cancel Job.
The Cancel Job dialog box displays.

Click Yes to confirm.
