Stock Receipting

Log in to .wms Desktop.

Click Receipting on the menu bar.
The Receipting: Select screen displays.

Enter or select a listed Shipment Number to start a receipting job.

Click Begin Receipting.
The Receipting screen displays listing all the items on the receipt.
Depending on the configuration of your warehouse the Receipting: Standard screen or the Receipting: Multi ULD screen may display.

Select the ULD where the item is to be located.
For the Receipting: Standard screen, there is no ULD field. The receipt job is automatically placed into a newly created ULD. You do not need to make a selection.
For the Receipting: Multi ULD screen, leave the ULD field blank for a new ULD to be automatically created.

Scan each item of the receipting job.
To manually enter the items-
Click Manual Product (F2) on the menu bar of the Receipting: Multi ULD screen or press F2 on your keyboard.

On the Item Selection screen, select a product from the list.

Click Select.

On the Stock_Receipt_SelectPackLevel screen, select the appropriate trade unit for the item from the drop-down list.

Click Select.
You are returned to the Receipting: Multi ULD screen.

Repeat for all other items that are part of the receipting job.

Enter the item quantity in the first field.

View the item's current locations.
If needed, you can view where the item is currently located to help you to decide where the newly receipted items are to be located.

Click Product Location (F1) on the menu bar of the Receipting: Multi ULD screen or press F1 on your keyboard.
A message popup displays the current locations of the item.

Click OK on the popup when you have finished.

Continue to scan and receipt all items.

When all items have been scanned and receipted, click Complete Job (F4) on the menu bar of the Receipting: Multi ULD screen.

Click Yes to confirm completion.

Close the Receipting: Select screen.
