Tracking a Vehicle's GPS History

As soon as a driver has signed into a device, their movements are recorded and transmitted to .tms. This helps you to track and plan deliveries. It also provides an audit trail for proof of deliveries.

  1. Log in to the .tms webUI.

  2. Click Reporting on the top navigation bar then select Vehicle Tracking History from the drop-down menu.

    The Vehicle GPS Tracking History page displays.

  3. Complete the details.

    Description

    Vehicle

    Select the appropriate option from the drop-down list.

    Start Tracking

    Enter or select the start date for tracking.

    End Tracking

    Enter or select the end date for tracking.

  4. Click Show.

    A map displays the route of the vehicle during the specified date and time range.

    Click a black dot on the map, which is a stopping or delivery point for the driver, to display the date and time details at that location.
