Adding a New Warehouse

  1. Log in to 3PL Billing.

  2. Click Settings on the top navigation bar then select Manage Warehouses from the drop-down menu.

    The Manage Warehouses page lists all of the warehouses currently available in your system.

  3. Click Add Warehouse.

    The Add Warehouse dialog box displays.

  4. Complete the details of the new warehouse.

    Field

    Description

    Warehouse Code

    Enter a unique identifier for the new warehouse.

    This is a mandatory field and you must enter a warehouse code.

    Warehouse Name

    Enter a name for the warehouse.

    This is a mandatory field and you must enter a warehouse name.

    External Code

    Enter a unique identifier for the new warehouse that will be visible to those outside of your system.

    Address 1

    Enter the address details of the new warehouse.

    Address 2

    Suburb

    State

    Postcode

    Country

    Select the country from the drop-down list.

    Default Tax

    Select the default tax code and rate that will be used for this warehouse, from the drop-down list.

  5. Click Add.
