Viewing and Monitoring Pending Shipments

View and monitor the status of your shipment orders.

  1. Log in to WMSAccess.

  2. Click Shipping on the top navigation bar then select Pending Shipments from the drop-down menu.

    or

    On the WMSAccess Dashboard Shipping section, click Pending Shipment.

    The Shipments - Pending page displays the status of each shipment order.

  3. Search for a specific shipment(s), as needed.

    You can search for an order by its shipment number (or reference number). You can also search for any information that is listed in the Shipments - Pending page. For example, you can search by receiver name or order date.

  4. View the status of a specific order.

    1. Click Download Picking Slip on the Shipment Details page.

    1. Click a listed Shipment Number to display the picking slip in PDF format.

      The picking slip can then be saved or printed, as needed.

    1. Click View Details for a specific order on the Shipments - Pending page to view its shipment details.

      The Shipment Details page displays.

    1. Click File Storage on the Shipment Details page.

  5. On the Shipment Details page, view the status of Pick Percentage and Pack Percentage fields for the order.

  6. If you clicked a hyperlinked picking slip number on the Consignment Note Report to get to the Shipping Details page, click Tracking next to the Connote Number field, to view and track the status of your order.
