Storing Customer Details
Keep all your customer details stored in one location within WMSAccess's address book. There's no need to manually enter all your customer's details, typing just the shortcut key will automatically fill shipment forms with your customers' details.

Log in to WMSAccess.

Click Shipping on the top navigation bar then select Address Book from the drop-down menu.

On the WMSAccess Dashboard Shipping section, click Address Book.
The Address Book page displays a list of the details for all your customers receiving orders from you.

On the Address Book page, click Add Location.
The Add Location dialog box displays.

Complete the address and contact details for the customer.
Most of the fields are self-explanatory. Only a few need to be explained.
Field
Description
Search Key
Enter an abbreviation or short version of the customer's name that will be used as the search string.
Special Instructions
Enter any special delivery or order instructions required for this customer.
Warehouse Instructions
Enter any special warehouse instructions required for and by this customer.

Click Submit.

On the Address Book page, find the customer by entering any of their details in Search field.

In the Action cell for the selected customer, click Edit.

Make the necessary changes to their details or special instructions.

Click Submit.

On the Address Book page, find the customer by entering any of their details in Search field.

In the Action cell for the selected customer, click Delete.
The customer's details are removed from the WMSAccess address book. No confirmation prompt displays when deleting a customer's details.
